Gillian Hoffman started 19 Events in January 2012.

From her previous roles as Event Manager at Café De Paris and Event Director at Home Leicester Square to co-founding one of London’s premier boutique venue finding agencies (which was sold in 2011) and now launching 19 Events, Gillian has over 15 years event management experience. During that time she has worked on and managed over 2000 events ranging from high profile film premiers, dinners for up to 500, parties of up to 2000, conferences, product launches and weddings.

All that experience means Gillian has mastered the ability to produce exceptional events. From an unparalleled understanding of budgets, staffing levels, standards of service and atmosphere to sourcing and providing exceptional catering, production and entertainment, her skills and contacts mean 19 Events is the place to come to if you want a memorable occasion, whatever it may be.

Over the years, Gillian has worked on high profile events including:

  • Brits Parties for Jay-Z, Warner music and other record companies
  • Many album launches and new artist showcases including artists such as The Spice Girls, Prince, Westlife, Robbie Williams, and more recently Kylie Minogue, Blur and Tiny Tempah…to name but a few
  • Countless film premieres for films such as Sherlock Holmes
  • Numerous awards ceremonies including the Elle Style Awards and GQ Man of the Year
